WOMEN’S RETREATS
When Women rise in Sacred Balance, the Earth Remembers how to Heal.
“Woman is the embodiment of the living earth, her womb a sacred altar of creation and renewal."

Sacred Women’s Retreat
Embodied healing through ceremony, wisdom, and guided psilocybin.
In these complex and changing times, many traditions remind us that the healing of the feminine is essential for the healing of the collective. Women are being called to step into their role as guardians of the Earth — helping to restore balance, harmony, and love within ourselves and in the world around us.
“When a woman remembers who she is, the Earth remembers too.”
True transformation begins in the body — the living temple where emotions, memory, creativity, and intuition reside. Through conscious reconnection with the elements — Fire, Water, Earth, and Air — and earth-based practices, this retreat creates a space where healing becomes something we do not simply understand, but feel, inhabit, and embody.
The journey toward collective change begins with inner work : exploring our relationship with ourselves, our bodies, our femininity, our family patterns, and the ancestral and emotional patterns we carry. Within a supportive circle, each woman is invited to meet herself with honesty, gentleness, and courage.
“This is not a path of becoming something new, but of remembering who you have always been. Held by the Earth. Guided by the feminine. Rooted in sisterhood.”

Sacred Medicine, Therapeutic Grounding
Psilocybin is a naturally occurring psychoactive compound found in certain species of mushrooms, often referred to as magic mushrooms. When ingested, psilocybin is metabolised in the body into psilocin, a compound that gently alters perception and awareness. This can give rise to expanded states of consciousness, heightened sensory perception, visual imagery, and a deep shift in the experience of time and space. Each journey is unique, yet many describe feelings of emotional release, inner clarity, profound insight, and spiritual connection.
The rise of psilocybin as a therapeutic tool is gaining momentum, supported by a growing body of scientific evidence. Research indicates their potential to alleviate symptoms of various mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, and PTSD. For example, a study published in JAMA Psychiatry (Carhart-Harris et al., 2016) demonstrated significant and sustained reductions in depression and anxiety symptoms in patients receiving psilocybin therapy. Another study published in the Journal of Psychopharmacology (Griffiths et al., 2016) reported that a single dose of psilocybin produced rapid and enduring anti-anxiety and anti-depressant effects in cancer patients with significant psychological distress. These findings suggest that psilocybin-assisted therapy holds potential as a novel and effective treatment approach for mental health disorders.
Studies have shown that psilocybin can induce profound mystical experiences and promote neuroplasticity, leading to lasting psychological benefits. As regulatory barriers gradually ease, ongoing clinical trials are exploring psilocybin-assisted therapy's efficacy and safety, offering promising avenues for addressing mental health challenges.
Our retreats include daily integrative psychotherapy sessions that weave together sound therapy, embodied movement, and conscious dialogue. This holistic approach supports the inner process by creating space for self-inquiry, emotional release, and deep listening. Our participants are gently guided to explore their core beliefs and values, and to release patterns and limitations that no longer serve their growth as women. In the words of Gabor Maté, from the documentary The Wisdom of Trauma :
“Psychedelics are not the healers. They open the door. The healing comes from what the person is able to see and feel once that door is opened.”
This work invites a return to wholeness — reconciling inner conflicts, rediscovering personal truth, and aligning more fully with one’s purpose. It is an opening into a more integrated way of being, where healing becomes not only a process, but a lived and embodied experience.
“You are daughter of the waters, sister of the wind, and keeper of life’s sacred rhythm. When women gather in circle and listen deeply, the sacred feminine remembers.”

The Retreat Experience
Rooted in earth-based wisdom, our retreats offer an intentional pause from the noise of the world — a space to reconnect with their inner landscape, the rhythms of the Earth, and the living intelligence of their bodies and collective womanhood.
Within a circle of care and presence, each woman is invited to soften, to be seen and honoured in her becoming, and to remember the healing power of her divine feminine essence — the wellspring of creation and the sacred bridge through which life itself is born.
Recognising that the restoration of the feminine is inseparable from the healing of the Earth, this retreat unfolds within a carefully held ceremonial space, working with a single sacred plant medicine — psilocybin. Gathered as sisters, daughters, mothers, and companions on the path of life, we honour the many expressions of womanhood and the invisible threads that unite us.
“Healing the feminine is inseparable from healing the Earth. To tend the womb is to tend the soil of life itself.”
Guided by the energy of the group and the intelligence of the moment, the retreat flows intuitively, each gathering becoming a unique, living experience shaped by presence, intention, and care. Set in nurturing natural environments chosen for their beauty, simplicity, and grounding qualities, the retreat provides a safe container to explore, heal, and embody transformation.
